Registration Process of Yoga and Wellness Retreat
- We suggest you register early.
- Spaces are limited. We only accept 10 to 12 students per month to keep the courses high quality.
- To register, you will need to pay a deposit of $200 USD ($210 total if paying via PayPal to cover their fees). This deposit counts towards your total course fee.
- Once we receive your deposit, it means you are registered.
- Registration is made as per the first come and first serve basis.
- We stop taking registrations once we reach 10 to 12 students each month.
Refund Policy of our Yoga and Wellness Retreat
To secure your spot in the Yoga and Wellness Retreat in Rishikesh, you will need to pay a $210 confirmation fee (which includes a $10 charge for using PayPal or a bank transfer). This fee is not refundable but if you cannot make it to the training, you can use it as credit towards any future course or program we offer. The confirmation fee is part of the total course cost. You should pay the remaining balance in cash on the first day of the course but you can pay in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds or Indian Rupees based on the current exchange rate.
Note: We cannot offer any refunds, credits or transfers if you need to cancel once you start with the Yoga Teacher Training course.

Food and Accommodation
We offer single and double rooms based on what students prefer. Every room has two beds, a chair and a table. Each room also includes a private toilet and bathroom with hot water facility.
Organic Healthy Food
We offer three delicious and healthy vegetarian Indian meals daily. We use only purified water for cooking and provide a variety of dishes at each meal.
You will get breakfast options like sandwiches, fresh fruits, sprouts, porridge, upma and poha. Lunch and dinner includes chapati, rice, lentil soup (daal), chickpeas, seasonal vegetables, salad, yogurt and a sweet dessert. We are very much confident that you will love the food.
Accommodation Fee Inclusion
- You will get private room or shared one with attached bathroom.
- Hot water facility is available in the bathroom.
- The lights will not go out during power outages because there is a backup system.
- You will get three healthy vegetarian meals each day with tea twice a day.

The location is great, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the town. The waterfall pool right in front is really convenient for cooling off on hot summer days. Yogesh Ji is always there to assist in any way he can. The food is great and the cook/caretaker is super kind. The little tea shop next door has great chai, which is an added bonus!
Where does one begin with the teachers??? Yogesh ji and Chirag ji were great in imparting anatomy and physiology knowledge- I learned so much about how our skeletal system impacts our practice and am super grateful. Mahesh ji made yoga philosophy lessons interesting and applicable to current times, with his anecdotes and detailed explanations, inspiring me to want to learn much more. Megha ji was able to demonstrate every little detail about hatha yoga asanas and gave some of the best adjustment and modification tips I’ve ever received. Nitin ji made ashtanga classes seem so easy and I absolutely loved his humble energy. Shubham ji really took me into myself with his wonderful yoga nidra sessions and made me want to delve deeper into pranayama. Vishnu ji made mantra singing fun and always had the wildest stories to share.
It’s been an amazing month of learning and growing, and I could not have picked a better place to do it! Thanks so much to everyone at MFH, a wonderfully positive experience!!!! You could tell that the teachers have passion for the subject and that they know a lot about it. Not a single question was left unanswered.
I also enjoyed the interactive class structure. There was plenty of room to ask questions, discuss and integrate theoretical knowledge.
The knowledge really helps in understanding each movement in the body and how this relates to mental processes. It definitely changed how I step on my mat each day, with more compassion, appreciation and amazement for my body.
We highly recommend each yogi whether you are a teacher or not, to join this course!

Yogesh, the manager, and also the anatomy teacher, will make you feel home. He is always available and ready to help if needed and it is much appreciated, thanks again!
The environment is absolutely wonderful, surrended by nature. Exotic birds, waterfall, mountains, monkeys and more... Nature view from each rooms!
Also a few cute cafes are around to enjoy local chai.
It takes around 30 minutes to walk to the city from the school.
Regarding the training, you will be able to learn from amazing teachers that has a deep knowledge and always the smile, quite helpful to keep your motivation up when you can be tired from the training.
My only recommandation if you are comfortable would be to take a scooter to be able to do school/town easily the evening or the Sunday if you want to move around!

- Class routine and discipline are mandatory, and any negligence without prior notification may result in termination of studentship without a refund.
- Maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect and avoid all forms of harassment and violence.
- Use respectful language, avoid vulgarity, insults, abusive language, and verbal threats.
- Avoid public displays of affection, public nudity, and maintain celibacy during the Yoga course.
- Prohibit possession, use, or distribution of alcoholic beverages or illegal/recreational drugs.
- Maintain silence between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, and avoid making false statements about others.
- Avoid entering into intimate relationships with an imbalance of power or bias.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, and consuming meat, fish, and eggs during the program.
- Photography and video filming are generally not allowed during Yoga training.
- Encourage students to stay in the same town venue throughout their stay unless agreed upon.
- No refund or adjustment of fees for students leaving the course before completion.
- Karma Yoga is required daily to eliminate egoistic tendencies.
- Absenting oneself from the scheduled program without permission may result in termination.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented, and optimistic attitude.
- Inform the lead teacher if specific help is needed regarding the course and food.
- Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy does not arrange for guests of students, and unrelated activities are not allowed.
- Notify the academy in advance if forgoing a meal to prevent food wastage.
- Clear all dues and return library books before departing from the academy.
- Acknowledge that breaking the rules may lead to expulsion without refunds.
- Confirm understanding of the intense and challenging nature of the training program, which requires full-time commitment and the absence of other activities.
How to Reach Mind Flow Harmony?
- By Air
You can go to Jolly Grant Airport near Rishikesh by flight. It is around 25 km far from our academy. You gets flights each day from Delhi and we are able to book a taxi for you from the airport to the school.
- By Train
You will get trains every day from Delhi to Haridwar. We can pick you up in a small rate when you get to the Haridwar railway station.
- By Taxi
We can also set up a taxi to pick you from Delhi and take you to our academy in Rishikesh. It will not cost you much.
- By Bus
You can reach out to Rishikesh by bus from Delhi. We are able to get a taxi to take you to our school at a suitable price once you reach the Rishikesh bus stop.
