The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India is actually a short program that will last for 14 days. It has been designed for those who want to learn yoga in a structured and holistic way. No matter you are a beginner or practicing yoga as a hobby, this program will undoubtedly help you to cover the basics. Our goal is to deepen your understanding and your practice of yoga’s foundations. The program will integrate practices for your body, mind, and breath to help you grow personally as well as spiritually.

The curriculum of 100 hour Yoga Teacher’s Training Course will include pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and meditation. We will focus on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for asana practices. There are 6 days of training with 1 rest day per week, usually on a Sunday. On this day, we will organize a half-day excursion to a sacred site in Rishikesh. Accommodations, meals, and excursions are included in the course fee.

  • Be punctual and attend all classes otherwise your enrollment will be canceled without giving you a refund.
  • Treat others respectfully and avoid any kind of harassment or violence.
  • Make use of polite language and avoid insults, abusive language, insults, or verbal threats.
  • Stay away from public displays of affection, nudity, and maintain celibacy during the course of yoga.
  • You should not use alcohol or drugs to maintain focus and learning environment.
  • Also, maintain silence from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and avoid making any kind of false statements.
  • Do not enter into relationships that will be perceived as unequal.
  • Stay away from smoking, alcohol, drugs, and eating meat, fish, or eggs at the time of the program.
  • Photography and filming are generally not allowed.
  • Make the students stay in the assigned town venue throughout their stay unless agreed upon.
  • There will be no refund or fees adjustment for students who are leaving the course before completion.
  • Engage in daily Karma Yoga to reduce ego.
  • Skipping the program without permission may result in termination.
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Inform the lead teacher if you need any assistance.
  • Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy is not arranging for guests of students and unrelated activities are also not allowed.
  • Notify the academy in advance if you are skipping a meal to prevent food wastage.
  • Settle all fees and return library books before leaving the academy.
  • You should understand that breaking rules may lead to expulsion without refunds.
  • Understand the intensive and challenging nature of the program which will need full-time commitment and the absence of other activities.
