The food is excellent — even though my regular diet is non-vegetarian, I had no issues eating there, everything was perfectly fine.

The rooms are very basic, but I saw this as part of the overall experience.
The people you meet there quickly become friends. Everyone is non-judgmental and comes with the same intention to grow and learn, which creates a truly supportive energy.
I can definitely recommend this place. I chose the Yin Yoga option and learned a lot. It was very effective for someone at a beginner level with a stiff body like mine, and I took a lot of valuable knowledge back home.

The experience was a little chaotic at times, but in a way that added to its charm. It sometimes felt spontaneous, but always full of heart. The teachers were supportive and shared a wealth of knowledge, and I truly felt welcomed and part of a family.
The group was small, just a few people, which for me was a big plus, as I could benefit more from the classes and receive more personal attention. That said, some people might expect a larger group, so it's good to keep that in mind.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and nourishing. I’d love to come back one day!
